Everything sold here is digital. That shapes what a refund can sensibly mean, so this page sets out plainly what is covered and what is not.
Change of mind
Because resources download or unlock immediately, change-of-mind refunds are not offered. If you are not sure a resource is the right one, What Work Can Take is free and there is no hurry — nothing here is going anywhere.
What you are entitled to regardless
Australian Consumer Law guarantees come with everything sold in Australia, including digital products, and they cannot be excluded or limited by anything on this site. Among other things, what you buy must:
- actually be supplied to you
- be of acceptable quality — usable, and free from defects that would matter to a reasonable buyer
- match the description given of it, including page counts, format and what is inside
- be fit for the purpose described on the page you bought it from
If one of those fails, you are entitled to a remedy — and if the problem is major, the choice of remedy is yours, not ours.
What that looks like in practice
- A file does not arrive, or the download link does not work. Email and it will be sent to you directly.
- A file will not open, or is corrupted. Same — a working copy, or a refund if one cannot be provided.
- Your Burnout Profile link or password does not work. Email and access will be restored.
- What arrived is not what the page described. Tell us what the page said and what you got. If the description was wrong you are entitled to a remedy — and where the problem is major, you choose whether that is a refund or a replacement.
How to ask
Email hello@stillcracked.com with the email address you bought under and a sentence about what went wrong. I’ll reply as soon as I can, usually within a few business days. You do not need to justify yourself or send anything back — there is nothing to return.
Refunds are processed through Stripe and go back to the card or account you paid with. How long they take to appear is set by your bank or card issuer rather than by us.
Bundles
Bundles are sold as one purchase. If one component fails and the other does not, the fix will normally be to the component that failed. If that is not workable, the bundle is refunded.
Nothing here limits your rights
This page describes how we handle problems. It does not replace or reduce your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing on this site should be read as doing so. If you think something has gone wrong and we have not fixed it, the ACCC publishes guidance on consumer guarantees at accc.gov.au, and your state or territory consumer protection agency can help.
