What Still Cracked is, and is not
Still Cracked publishes educational resources about work and psychological harm. It is education, not treatment. Nothing sold or published here is clinical advice, assessment, diagnosis or therapy, buying or reading it does not create a therapeutic relationship, and it is not a substitute for care from your own practitioner.

Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars. Still Cracked is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are never seen or stored by Still Cracked. Prices can change, but never for a purchase already made.
Delivery
Workbooks download immediately after payment and are yours to keep and print. Your Burnout Profile works differently: you receive a link and a password to the assessment page, shown on the confirmation screen and sent in your order email. If anything does not arrive, see refunds.
What you may do with what you buy
Resources are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may print them, write in them, and keep them indefinitely.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or republish the files, or use them as training material for groups, courses or organisations, without written permission.
One exception, stated in the workbook itself: individual worksheets in the Burnout Reset Kit may be reproduced by the purchaser for their own personal or single-client clinical use.
If you would like to use something with a team, a cohort or supervisees, please ask — that permission exists and is usually given.
The assessment
Your Burnout Profile is a structured self-assessment. It is not a diagnosis and not a validated psychometric test. Answers are scored in your browser and are never sent to or stored by Still Cracked. The page password is for your use; please do not circulate it.
Availability
Resources may be revised, renamed or withdrawn. If you have bought something, you keep it — a withdrawal does not reach back into files you already have.
Liability
Still Cracked’s liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The version that applies to a purchase is the one published when the purchase was made. Last updated 27 August 2026.
